1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to all countries within the European Union (EU), except for the Benelux countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the EU at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

No shipping costs are applied to our orders.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Other EU Countries: 4-7 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow additional time during peak periods.

5. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using reliable carriers. We may adjust the shipping method based on the destination and order size to ensure efficient delivery.

6. Delivery Conditions

6.1 Delivery Location

Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address details are accurate and complete.

6.2 Packaging

Items may not be shipped in their original packaging.

6.3 Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to factors beyond our control, additional charges may apply for redelivery. We will inform you of any costs before proceeding with redelivery.

7. Non-Delivery or Item Unavailability

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In this event, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If only part of the order is affected, we will ship the available items and adjust the total cost accordingly.

8. Self-Pickup

Due to logistical limitations, self-pickup is not available.

9. Shipping of Vouchers

Vouchers will be sent to the customer via email. Physical shipping of vouchers is not offered.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders within the EU, VAT and import duties are included in the total price. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local import regulations.
